Getting your home ready to sell

Getting your home in perfect condition maximizes your chance of getting top market value when you list it. 

Sometimes it's hard to find the time to finish those small DIY projects, clean up the yard, schedule the maintenance guy to come out and inspect the roof or just packing up those favorite family mementos.  Our concierge service will handle all the details for you, making your move to your dream home as stress-free as possible.

At Home Pros PDX we will roll up our sleeves and help with hard stuff.  Simply, our experts will do the  heavy lifting, packing, power washing, whatever you need done we will get it done for you.

Once your house is under contract we can help with any repair addendum needs that arise.   We work with many local contractors that specialize in everything from electrical repairs to roofing.

We can also help manage the move-out, carefully packing all of your precious family mementos.  Working with trusted movers, we will make sure that the truck is loaded in the most efficient manner - not just for unloading - but maximizing the space to eliminate multiple trips.  

Once the truck delivers your goods to your new dream home, we can be there to keep the stress at bay.  Directing the boxes and furniture to the correct rooms, helping set up the beds and make them,  and getting the kitchen set up enough so you can prepare your first cup of coffee the next morning will be our first priorities.
